STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl Lead Producer Maria Grigorovich has shared new screenshots and development details for the highly anticipated post-apocalyptic open-world shooter with Wired.

Recall that in March 2022, due to external circumstances, the GSC Game World studio suspended work on STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, but production continued towards the end of the same month after part of the team moved to Prague.
In a new interview, Grigorovich confirmed that the Prague office has become GSC Game World’s new headquarters and has been fully operational since October 2022. About 200 studio employees work in the Czech capital.

Another 130 members of the GSC Game World team remained in Ukraine (the studio was located in Kiev) and continue to work remotely on STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
As for the new screenshots (see image above and below), one shows the sunrise in the village and the second is a look at the clash of animals under the railway bridge (UI attached).

In STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl promise “vast and limitless” open world, branching story with “many different endings” and “tough decisions”images on Unreal Engine 5 and content on “hundreds of hours”.
The release of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl is expected in 2023 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X and S, as well as Game Pass. The game is not sold in Russia and is not dubbed into Russian.
