If in the last weekly Steam chart four out of ten places were occupied by Rockstar Games games, then last week the situation was repeated with the Dead Space remake. However, none of the horror action publications could get above the third line.

The first place for the 11th week in a row is not inferior to the Steam Deck console. In second place for the third week in a row is Hogwarts Legacy, which premieres February 10. Another edition of the role-playing action was on the tenth line.
The Dead Space remake (standard and deluxe editions, as well as their pre-orders) are in third, fourth, sixth and seventh place. On January 28, the day after its release, it simultaneously attracted 30,925 users (personal best). According to this indicator, the novelty has already bypassed the Callisto protocol, which gathered only 17,580 people at its peak. So far online remains at about the same level: the maximum number of simultaneous players over the past day is 27,299.
The remake has received over 8200 reviews on Steam and has a rating of 89%. Critics also received it very warmly: the average score on Metacritic is 87–89/100.
Another new addition, the Hi-Fi rhythm-action Rush from Tango Gameworks, introduced at Xbox and Bethesda Softworks’ Developer_Direct show and released shortly after, opened at number eight. Despite the modest online presence (its own record is 6132 users, the peak in the last 24 hours is 5954), the share of positive reviews is extremely high – 98% (more than 3500 reviews in total).
Red Dead Redemption 2, which is heavily discounted until February 2, dropped from fourth to fifth place, but it’s only risen online. The western action game set a new all-time personal best since its release yesterday (70,914 users). Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 lost four positions and became the ninth (maximum over the past day – 125,652 people).
Forspoken, released last week (rated 57% based on over 2,300 reviews), as well as Watch Dogs: Legion and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint (former Epic Games Store exclusives) failed to make the top ten. At the time of writing, the first ranked 92nd, the second ranked 18th, and the third ranked 25th on the global sales chart.

Forspoken barely made the top 100
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition and Persona 3 Portable left the list after just one week. Also dropped were Grand Theft Auto V, Elden Ring, Cyberpunk 2077, and another edition of Red Dead Redemption 2.
