PUBG: Battlegrounds celebrates the game’s sixth anniversary with its players

PUBG: Battlegrounds completes six years since its launch and announced last Thursday (16) that it will bring special content for its players to celebrate this moment.

The celebration brings various themed activities to the game for the entire gaming community to participate in this sixth anniversary.

Dev Chat: A New Beginning

On March 18 (16:00 ET), there will be another edition of Dev Talk, streamed live, highlighting PUBG: Battlegrounds’ planned content roadmap for 2023. All the PUBG Studios teams will have a lot to share, including a new map, Arcade improvements, improved ranked matchmaking, Esports, and much more. Those interested can tune in to the official PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS channels on YouTube and Twitch.

Collaboration with Tristan Eaton

The collaboration between the game and celebrated toy designer and street art muralist Tristan Eaton is out now on PC and will launch on consoles next week. Eaton’s art can be seen in various parts of the game, such as the loading screen, world objects in Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, and others. Tristan’s creations are here as a tribute to all the survivors who came to Erangel six years ago and to all who have joined PUBG: Battlegrounds since then.

To complement the celebration, PUBG has prepared a large number of special deliveries that will not only grant exclusive 6th Anniversary skins, but also a large number of Hideout and Workshop rewards. Details about the drops can be checked directly on the official website.

As previously announced, PUBG is hosting a special anniversary event that will run until March 23. In it, players will have the opportunity to ask questions and wish the PUBG: Battlegrounds team a happy sixth birthday.

From messages submitted, 100 winners will be randomly selected to receive special 6th Anniversary-themed physical items, including metal signs, postcards and stickers. Information about messages can be found on the game’s official website.

Finally, the latest original background music: PUBG 6th Anniversary (6 Years and 6 Years) – is already available in-game on the PC version and will arrive next week for consoles.
