The release trailer and new gameplay of the Separate Ways addition to the Resident Evil 4 remake make fans happy

Awaiting Capcom’s very upcoming premiere published release trailer for the Separate Ways add-on for the remake of the cult action game Resident Evil 4, and several portals shared videos of the add-on’s gameplay.

Separate Ways tells the adventures of spy Ada Wong in parallel with the main plot of Resident Evil 4. In the remake version, the heroine will have a grappling hook, which will be useful both when moving around the world and in battle.

In the comments of the release trailer, fans noted the return to Separate Ways of elements of the original Resident Evil 4 from the remake, including a ski lift, a hallway with lasers, and so on. ‘The game keeps getting better and better’says Israel Pereira.

As for the new gameplay, approximately six minutes of Separate Ways gameplay was published without commentary by Japanese portal Dengeki Online. A similar video can be viewed in English from VGC, but with voice-over.

In the released gameplay clip, Ada travels through the castle using a grappling hook, helps Leon get rid of annoying villagers, fights regular enemies and even the giant El Gigante.

Separate Ways will go on sale on September 21 for all target platforms of the Resident Evil 4 remake: PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox Series

On the same day as Separate Ways, the Resident Evil 4 remake will receive a free update to Mercenaries mode. The patch adds two characters: Ada Wong and her employer, Albert Wesker.
