After six months of testing, Valve studio closed without many words has released Counter-Strike 2, a free upgrade of the multiplayer shooter Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) to a version powered by the Source 2 engine.
Like CS:GO, Counter-Strike 2 is distributed via a shareware model and is available on the former Steam page at the old address. The release took place in the last minutes of September 27 (as expected) Moscow time.
