The speed of pressing the left mouse button is tested for the future esports player. To meet the standard, you need to make 205 clicks in 30 seconds (boys) and 195 clicks in the same 30 seconds (girls).
Three attempts are made to perform the so-called “click test” using the left mouse button with the dominant hand; the best is taken into account. Also, the standards for special physical training determine its implementation “a test to evaluate a simple visual-motor response to light signals of a certain color”.
The document contains a list of equipment requirements for future esports athletes. To participate in the competition you need a computer with at least a 10 core processor, at least 32 GB of RAM, an SSD with a capacity of 512 GB and a monitor with a screen diagonal of 21 inches, 144 Hz with a response time of up to 1 ms.
Let us not forget that eSports in Russia was officially recognized as a sports discipline in 2022 – it was included in the corresponding register by order of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation dated November 2, 2022 No. 900.
