System Shock Remake: check the requirements to run the game on PC

Developed by Night Studios, The System Shock remake won this week its list of minimum and recommended requirements to run on PC. Scheduled to go on sale in May of this year, the title is not going to be very demanding and stands out for taking up only 2 GB of storage space.

According to the developer, a machine running Windows 7/8/10 (exclusively 64-bit) and a Intel Core i5-2440|AMD FX-8320 CPU, 4 GB of RAM and a GTX 1070|Radeon HD 7870 It will be enough to run the game. However, the company did not explain what kind of resolution or performance players will get with the hardware recommended by it.

Regarding the recommended requirements, System Shock suggests using a Intel Core i7-3770|AMD FX-8350 CPU, 8 GB of RAM and a GTX 970 or Radeon R9 290. In other words, anyone with a machine built in the last few years shouldn’t have much trouble running the game at a good level of detail.

The game comes to PC on May 30.

Although Nightdive Studios had plans to bring the game to stores during the month of March, its launch is scheduled to take place only on May 30.
